Godrej Properties reported a 19% decline in consolidated net profit to ₹381.99 crore for Q4 FY25 despite a rise in total income to ₹2,681.06 crore.

The drop was attributed to higher taxes and JV losses. However, for the full fiscal year, net profit surged 93% to ₹1,399.89 crore, with total income rising to ₹6,967.05 crore. The company announced plans to raise up to ₹2,000 crore via debt instruments. Sales bookings grew 31% to ₹29,444 crore, making it the largest listed developer by booking value. With strong business development, record cash flows, and a ₹6,000 crore QIP raised in December, Godrej Properties aims for ₹32,500 crore in bookings for FY26, supported by robust launches and sectoral growth.
